Imagine Paradise is the prototype for the Lagoon 42 Catamaran. Built in 1992 by Tillotson Pearson in USA, Imagine Paradise hails out of Fort de France, Martinique, but presently lies in Ajaccio, Corsica. In 2005 Imagine Paradise suffered extensive water damage while in Croatia. She has been completely refitted with all new engines, electrics and electronics starting in 2006, and completing in Italy in 2008. She is an entirely new boat now, and ready to go.

The Lagoon 42 has its origins in the performance Catamarans of the 80’s, but is designed as a swift cruiser able to be easily sailed shorthanded.

Accommodations are elegant and roomy with a large salon cabin, light and airy with opening hatches and wide windows. Four comfortable staterooms with two heads accommodate 8 guests in luxury. The short cabin roof makes plenty of deck space for lounging, sunning, or sail handling.

This is a nimble Catamaran set up with comfortable accommodations for extended cruising. With the just completed full refits, this is a great opportunity to sail a fresh boat in great condition.
